One of our awesome features at Petrichor Steam Cleaning & More is the cleaning solution we use. Our soap free, naturally oxygenated cleaner reactivates old soapy residues that may have been left in the carpeting by your do it yourself machine or a soap butyl chemical carpet cleaning company. When those types of residues are in the carpet they really do some damage to the fibers, get absorbed into bare feet of humans and pets, cause discoloration of carpet and sometimes stinky and toxic. The one we use a Petrichor Steam Cleaning & More is 100% Natural, Odorless, No Soapy Residue, Safe for Pets, Children, and Adults who suffer from allergies. The water we use to perform the steam rinse is our iChor softened water that gets heated to 200 degrees and delivered to the carpets fibers. - A custom application of our Petrichor o2 Natural Cleaner (oxygen technology) is distributed to all areas of carpeting to be cleaned. We take extra emphasis on the traffic lanes and threshold areas.
- We gently and effectively open up the carpets fibers to help remove matting and provide even coverage of our pre treatment cleaner.
- We bring and clean with our own iChor softened water that is heated up to 200º to clean your carpets. High heat is known to naturally sanitize.
- Petrichor will make extra attempts at difficult areas and stains at no extra charge.
- Petrichor provides secondary extraction passes to remove as much soil and moisture from your homes carpeting.
- Petrichor properly disposes of your homes "dirty" water at a SWPP approved location at no additional fee.

1.0 area of carpet cleaning up to 120 Sq. Ft. $60.00 (Example: Standard Bedroom, Home office)
1.5 area of carpet cleaning up to 180 Sq. Ft. $90.00 (Example: Master Bedroom, Dining room)
2.0 area of carpet cleaning up to 240 Sq. Ft. $120.00 (Example: Living Room, Staircase)
2.5 area of carpet cleaning up to 300 Sq. Ft. $150.00 (Example: Extra Large living Room, Loft)
3.0 area of carpet cleaning up to 360 Sq. Ft. $180.00 (Example: Extra Large Living Room, Extra Large Loft)
